Managing social media is not posting. It is managing what the brand says, in what tone, and how many people actually watch it.
We run accounts end to end — strategy, production, editing, publishing and paid campaigns. The difference is that the team writing the content and the team shooting the video are the same, so nothing is lost between idea and image.
Why most accounts stall
Three reasons come up again and again. First, inconsistency: two intense weeks followed by a silent month. Algorithms reward regularity, not bursts.
Second, the first second. On Reels and TikTok the viewer decides within two seconds. We treat the opening of every video as its own piece of work; nothing goes to camera before the hook is written.
Third, no measurement. Likes are not a goal. Without knowing which content holds watch time and which turns into profile visits and messages, there is no basis for deciding what to do next.
What we produce
A content calendar is prepared each month and shoot days are planned against it. One well-planned shoot day can feed a month of publishing.
Video: vertical content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts — product, behind the scenes, customer stories, educational series.
Photography: product, interior and portrait sets shot with the feed layout in mind.
Design and motion: covers, information cards, subtitle systems and brand-consistent motion graphics.
Copy: captions, hooks and tag sets.
Reporting
At month end, reach, watch time, engagement, profile visits, follower movement and any ad results are summarised on a single page. A report is not a pile of screenshots — every number is followed by what it means and what we will do next month.
Your passwords stay with you; we work through partner access. If we stop working together, every file produced is handed over.
How the process runs
- Analysis and strategyBrand, audience and competing accounts are reviewed. Tone, frequency and a three-month goal are set.
- Content calendarTopics, formats and publishing dates are planned. Nothing is shot before you approve.
- ProductionPhoto and video shoots for the planned content — usually one or two shoot days a month.
- Editing and designVideos are cut for rhythm, subtitles, music and platform format.
- Publishing and communityContent goes out on schedule; comments and messages are handled.
- Measure and improveData is read, what works is repeated, what does not is dropped.
Frequently asked questions
How many posts per month?
We set this by need rather than fixed packages. A common rhythm is 12–20 posts and 8–12 vertical videos per month.
Is ad spend included in the fee?
No. Ad budget is spent directly from your own account, so you see every transaction in your own dashboard. We only manage it.
Do you guarantee follower growth?
No. Followers can be bought, and buying them lowers an account's reach. What we commit to is consistent production, measurable reach and transparent reporting.
Can our existing footage be used?
Yes. We review your archive and re-edit whatever is usable into the publishing plan.
